- 10 min drive to Beacon, which is a MetroNorth station, 65 minute train ride into Grand Central. You can also park on Newburgh side (5 min walk from the house) and take a ferry over to the Beacon station.
- 15 min drive to Salsbury-Mills, which is a MetroNorth Station, train ride to Penn Station via Seacacus.
- There are buses available.
- 15 min drive from Stewart International Airport (part of Port Authority/NYC airports)

Neighborhood: We have great neighbors (surgeon at local hospital, retired founder of habitat for humanity Newburgh chapter, retired episcopal priest, lawyer, photography professor, Musical Technician for NYC philharmonic, Documentarian (to name a few) and lots and lots of artists.) Most of them are heavily involved in the betterment of Newburgh.

it’s a Montessori School 2.9 months – 8th grade that is remarkably affordable compared to other private schools. 15 min drive but once kids are in Kindergarten, they can be bused by Newburgh District. They also have early care and after care (in case Parents work and need care for their kids longer than the school day. They also have studios after school such as lego club, chess club, art club, cooking club, sewing club and spring discovery club where they will explore the grounds for signs of spring.
